I am very impressed with Midwest Bottles! I placed my order based on what I thought I needed. Within an hour or less, I received a phone call to notify me the caps ordered were not the correct cap size for the bottles I ordered. WOW! What a catch!! This customer service action saved me time, money and frustration! The order arrived 2 business days later and the shipping was standard but the price was less than anyone else! I do wish on one item the description were better. I have to snip the dip tubes on the 1 ounce spray bottles but 5 minutes of my time is well spent for the savings and quality product. The order was perfect, the product is good quality and Midwest just gained 1 new customer~!

I am SO impressed with this company and SO glad I found you! As a new company just starting up, the price you offer for not only the product but for the shipping is the BEST that is out there. And to receive the product just days after I ordered has made you the first company I will go to to buy all the items I can get from here on out.
