53-400 dark gray CRC (child resistant) flat ribbed PP plastic non dispensing continuous thread jar cap with a lift and peel heat seal liner & pictorial opening instructions on top.  Outside jar closure is 2 3/8 in. wide x 5/8  in. high.   Packed 750 to case.
